The second floor features a spacious, bright living room complete with a dining room which provides seating for 10+ guests. The home’s modern and fully-appointed kitchen includes stainless appliances a Keurig coffee maker. Directly off the living room is an outdoor porch which has a spiral staircase leading to the outdoor pool. Adjacent to the main living area is the Master Suite, which features a king bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with double sinks.The third floor features four additional bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king beds with en-suite bathrooms and the forth bedroom features a double bunk bedroom. The third floor bedrooms all surround an additional living area.The fourth floor rooftop level features views of beautiful Isle of Palms and includes an indoor wet bar complete with sink and fridge, lounge furniture and TV.Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every bed.Pet Fee: $150 (2-3 nights) or $250 (4-7 nights).
