Magnificent location surrounded by water, West Point is a one-of-a-kind property. The house sits on 7 acres, has over 1,000 feet of waterfront, two semi-private beaches and a private deep water dock. There is a large deck, two picnic tables, a screened in porch, and a tent platform.The house has been in our family for over 60 years. It is the place we have come together for multiple generations creating a lifetime of shared adventures.The main house is a rustic converted barn. The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a large fireplace. The second floor is an open sleeping loft with six beds and a bathroom with shower. Attached to the main house is a charming private cabin with a queen bed, bathroom with shower and washer, dryer.
