The living space boasts a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and balcony.LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter, and $25 per night non-winter. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead garage is $60/day in the winter, and $35/day in the summer.NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation.
