The plumbing fee starts at $300The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.Smoking is prohibited (even if it’s medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you have a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying.We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it.Keep all personal items and valuables inside the unit. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded.You must be 21 or older to book the rental.Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items.Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in.
