The cottage is an easy 7-minute walk to the beach.The cottage greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, elevated wainscoting, and coastal charm. The open living room features a loveseat with ottomans, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances (please note: refrigerator does not have an automatic ice maker) and plenty of cabinet space. A stacked washer and dryer are discreetly located in the kitchen. The rectangular dining table comfortably seats six people.The first bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The other queen bedroom features a TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has two twin beds. Each room has its own sink and toilet area and the shower/tub combo is shared. Both of these bedrooms have access to the side deck.The back deck and screened porch are accessed from the living room. A rocking swing, located beneath the front porch, is the perfect place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze.The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating.
