103G Port O Call – 1st floor condo, screen porch w/ steps to the beach!*Please note their is construction at neighboring condo complex. This construction is on and off, but can be viewed from the porch. This does not affect the unit itself, beach access, or complex pool. However, there will be possible disruptions and noise until end of May. Work will begin again in the off- season. This Port O Call is freshly painted throughout with beautiful natural light. The furniture is new throughout, as are the hardwood floors. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully-stocked with everything you need to cook a meal on vacation. Bar counter seating for three in addition to a kitchen table with seating for four. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the screen porch. The screen porch has wicker furniture for relaxing outside, as well as a fan to create your own breeze.The condo is conveniently located close to the driving range and other Wild Dunes amenities. Enjoy the ocean and beach or the community pool at Port O Call, only available to Port O Call owners and guests.Internet is provided, but please note that high speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.Bedroom 1: King – Living room : Sleeper SofaPlease note: All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward rentals with VayK Life!
