This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is a few blocks away from the bus and train into Manhattan where you will be in the heart of Times Square in 20 minutes. The location couldn’t be better with numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and various other stores within a walk-able distance. The night life in Hoboken on the weekends is a must. This apartment sleeps 5 people comfortably.Quiet Time is 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM; please be sure to talk in a low tone and turn down loud music at this time. Parties are also prohibited in the apartment.There is absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
