The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy meals together. The glass sliding doors in the living area lead out to a gracious sized screened porch with a table, chairs for 6 and a ceiling fan. There is also a deck with a gas grill, table and chairs for 4, and a comfortable hammock. A large laundry room completes the common areas of the cottage.In the master suite, there is a king bed, wall-mounted TV with cable, access to the deck and a private bathroom with a glass door shower. Two remaining bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin over full bunk, share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft).
