The home is positioned on a corner lot with the beach being exactly one short block away. When you arrive at the beach, your family will discover that it is one of the best stretches of sand and surf on the island. In fact, a solid break is not far down the beach, where the surfers work magic when the conditions are right.43rd features two floors of living space. The main living area and four bedrooms are located on the second floor. In addition to the spacious living room, #11 on 43rd is highlighted with a large sunroom, dining room, and breakfast room overlooking the new swimming pool.
