Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning and recycling gets picked up every WEDNESDAY morning. * Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced. * There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers.
