The spacious living area offers a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, seating for all, and a stereo system with two large speakers. The dining area has seating for six and access to the second-floor porch.The master suite, found on the third floor, features a king bed, TV, DVD player, sound system, access to a private deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed, TV with DVD player, and private bathroom with shower. The 3 remaining bedrooms are found on the first floor. One bedroom has a daybed and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom features a king bed, daybed, seating area, bathroom with a shower, and access to a screened porch. The last bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has access to the screened porch.Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from one of the 3 outdoor areas! This villa features two screened porches, one on the first floor and another on the second. The first floor screened porch leads to the beach boardwalk. The third floor offers a private deck which is accessible from the master suite.The villa is equipped washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the villa.Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft).
