The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the beautiful, open kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, 2 sinks, a wine cooler, and barstool seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.The master suite is tucked away on the third floor of the villa. It features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor houses the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each offer two twin beds and private bathrooms. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.The villa’s second floor offers a screened porch with a table and chairs. The screened porch leads out to the sundeck with lounge chairs and soothing ocean views.The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft).
