Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.The first floor houses three bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom is located by the villa’s entry and offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The two back bedrooms have access to the first-floor oceanview deck, which has direct beach boardwalk access. One bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The second bedroom, the master suite, boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The final bedroom is on the villa’s third floor. This spacious bedroom features two full beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower.Enjoy relaxing on the second-floor screened porch or spacious sundeck with ocean views. The first-floor offers another oceanview deck. This deck has direct access to the beach boardwalk.The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft).
