Seascape Renovation Fall 2023 Project:Starting September 5th, 2023 the Seascape Homeowners Association will begin a nine-month renovation project. The south sides (stacks 16-20) of the building will be closed starting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 through July 1st, 2024. Please note, during this period, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of Seascape because of the renovation project. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction before booking, please don’t hesitate to send us a message!Make your next vacation to the Isle of Palms 113 Seascape with a stay in this lovely two-bedroom condominium in the beautiful Seascape Condominium complex. Unique only to 113 Seascape features a spacious outdoor living area with breathtaking ocean views. Shaped like a shallow “V”, 113 Seascape is close to the end providing some of the best views of the beach, ocean, and private community swimming pool. The outdoor living area is gorgeous and features a sofa, chairs, and seating for four at the high-top table. When it is time to hit the beach, access is easy from 113 Seascape by either the elevator or a flight of stairs just a few feet away.113 Seascape is a smartly designed single-story condominium and features many upscale furnishings and a stylish décor. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all offer oceanfront views. The living area has several new furnishings including a flat panel television and custom sound system with speakers throughout the home. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops. In addition to the kitchen both the guest bathroom and master bathroom have been renovated and feature beautiful tile work, granite surfaces, and a new whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom features a large modern shower. When it is time to turn in after a fantastic day at the beach, the master bedroom of 113 Seascape features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. The guest bedroom of 113 Seascape is for the second couple or the kids. Featuring a queen bed, twin bed and sleeper sofa the guest bedroom has some different options.With all that this beach condominium has to offer, you’ll be planning your next 113 Seascape vacation before you even leave.Additional Amenities Include:High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.Full-size washer and dryer.Parking for two cars.Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.Home Truths:- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.- Bedroom 2 also offers a sleeper sofa.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- The pool is not heated.- Due to the construction, the entrance to the building may be challenging to spot, but it is located to the left of the scaffolding.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.Parking Details:- You’ll have 2 parking spots. Seascape parking is first come, first served.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
