Four full-width porches provide breathtaking views of the Island, with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Atlantic on the other. The beachside views reach past historic Fort Sumter and include the Morris Island lighthouse. The house does not have a private beach access path, due to erosion, but there is a beach access path two houses down.The exterior of “Isola Palma” at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a resort unto itself. Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). The first level hosts the elegant infinity edge private pool and bar-b-q/wet bar platform. When in need of dry land exercise and some friendly competition, take advantage of the full-sized basketball court on the street side of the house. This area also includes a deluxe “yard toy” play set and ample off-street parking inside the privacy gate.
