Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has some of the BEST amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.Beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom one bath 12th floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don’t find in other complexes.
