This bedroom has a new 40″ flat screen mounted TV, walk-in closet and a spacious new bathroom with a new granite vanity and cabinets that is shared with the hall. This bath has a large garden tub, separate shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom is to the left off the foyer and features two Queen beds, also has a new 40″ flat screen TV, a private bath with a garden tub, separate shower and a brand new granite double vanity and new cabinets and a private balcony.The fully equipped kitchen has brand new, gorgeous granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining table seats 6. The large living/dining area has plenty of seating with a new navy blue couch with Queen sleeper and a leather recliner. There is a sliding door to the balcony, where guests can relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf, tennis or sightseeing and exploring. The owners have added coastal touches throughout the villa to make you really feel you are at the perfect ocean getaway and you will definitely want to come back year after year to experience this wonderful villa.*3 Night Minimum Stay Required.
