It features a spacious living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.You will be able to enter the apartment at any time after the check-in time. The front door is located only a few steps from where you can park your car.The beach is only a 3 minutes walk to the west.Our favorite restaurants on Clearwater Beach are:Palm Pavilion (6 min walk)Clear Sky Café (9 min walk)Pearly’s Beach Eats (12 min walk)If you want to go on a little adventure, you can walk north on the beach, and in about 2 miles you will arrive at the Shell Tree. Go ahead and hang a shell as well.Getting around:If you do not come with a car, you can get around with Jolley Trolley. The bus stop is behind the big hotel (Fairfield Inn) and it leaves every 45 minutes.There are many places on the island where you can rent golf carts and scooters.No strings attached, no additional fees! Arrive, and enter your private space. When you leave, just close the door behind you, we do not have complicated check-out instructions!Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM.The pool closes at 10:00 P.MPlease rinse off after the beach before entering the room.Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot).Not allowed:- Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied- Unregistered guests- Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music.We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone.Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m.There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee.Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation.Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.Smoking is prohibited (even if it’s medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying.We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it.Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded.You must be 21 or older to book the rental.Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items.Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in.
