The upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet and counter space.The first floor features the master bedroom with a king bed, access to the back deck, large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. On the split level, guests will enjoy a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a pool table, and private bathroom. This level also offers easy bathroom access from the pool deck. The second floor features a second living area with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, access to another deck, and a wet bar. The third and fourth bedrooms both feature king beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom features 2 twin beds, TV, and a private bathroom. The sixth and final bedroom features 2 built-in bunks and a private bathroom.This home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front entrance and rear deck.
