The resort has 12 new pickleball courts.Review:”First, I would like to say that Cathy is very easy to work with. She is so great at answering emails when you have questions. This condo was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at in HHI. My favorite part was the size of the common areas- kitchens, living room, and balcony- all very spacious for a condo! Updated kitchen was gorgeous! Almost everything you could need and more were available in this kitchen. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and put back. Have stayed in some places where that was not the case. Quiet building at night. “Beautiful 1st floor, pool-front, oceanside villa with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. FREE WIFI..Large HDTV..stainless steel appliances and homey setting.Please note that I booK Saturday-Saturday during prime season. Please ask before booking if you are wanting different days.Enjoy watching your family play in the pool whileyou soak up the sun’s rays from the double balcony of our ocean-side, pool-front, Hilton Head condominium. If you rather, you can walk along the wide gorgeous beach to search for starfish and dolphins. The beach is 65yds away from the steps of the building entranceAdmiral’s Row is the 2 bedroom section within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, an oceanfront complex, mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations. The resort has ten lighted tennis courts, pickleball. Exercise room, two pools, an ocean front tiki bar, restaurants, nearby golf, 2 pools, playground, fitness room, children’s recreational program, on-site bike rentals, close to popular restaurants and shopping.Many of our guests return every year. I’m sure that once you visit, that you will want to return. We have owned our villa for over twenty -five years. We love it dearly. There is handicap parking with a ramp into the building and also a short boardwalk without steps onto the beach.
