14 Bittern St – 5 Bedroom Home close to Ocean and ColignyThe perfect home for your family vacation!Enjoy this beautiful beach home, just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. 14 Bittern is located in the North Forest Beach neighborhood, 5th row from the ocean and just a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy the front screened porch in the morning for coffee or evening for a glass of wine. The large back deck overlooks the 23 x 12′ pool below. There is a propane grill and seating on the back deck for at least 8. Spend time relaxing in the sun on the large pool deck. Just off the pool deck, you can enjoy the air-conditioned game room with a ping pong table and seating.As you enter the home you will walk into the spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and high vaulted ceilings. Off the left side of the living room is the master bedroom suite with a king bed and access to the front screen porch. The master has a private bath with large walk in shower. Across the living room there are 2 bedrooms. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front porch. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the back deck. These two bedrooms each have private powder rooms but share a tub/shower. Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom between them. Each room has 2 twin beds.Just off the living room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen and dining area have access to the back deck which makes it easy to grill your favorite foods. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area seats at least 8. Off the dining area are a full-size washer and dryer.
