The game room has a pool table, wall-mounted TV, comfortable seating, and access to the back deck. Travel through the game room, past the half bath, and see the first-floor master suite that features a king bed, TV, private bathroom with two vanities, walk-in shower, standalone bathtub, and large walk-in closet. A den with a TV is also located on the main floor.Ascend the stairs to the second floor and you will see two bedroom entrances. One bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom while the second bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed, a twin bed, and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a porch. Go up to the third floor and you will find the upstairs master suite with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.The outdoor space is just as lovely as the interior. Enjoy the nature views while lounging on the back deck or relaxing in the screened porch equipped with a ceiling fan. A pool completes the outside features. There really is something for the whole family at this lovely home!The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The home has a pool table for great family fun!Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front entrance and driveway. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement.
