We host single and couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta’s American art for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-state. Most guests want to stay in one bedroom with a kitchen and living/dining room combination. They are looking for something more than a hotel room, a place to chill, have drinks, make a meal with friends, Netflix, and chill, or have a comfortable place to work. One or two bedrooms is ideal.
