Just 50 yards to beach!1409 South Beach Villas is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation.The superb South Beach location (50 yards to the ocean!) and comfort of this villa make it a brand new star!. We’ve just installed all new smart TV’s plus Sonos sound, and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection, plus 7 Smart Samsung televisions.This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area and beyond to the living area, offering comfortable seating for dining or relaxing. Enjoy dual outdoor spaces, too– an upstairs deck off the first master bedroom, and the main deck off the living area with seating for 6, TV, plus Weber gas grill.Four bedrooms (2 Kings including one on main level, 1 Queen and 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV. The bathrooms are fully renovated, each fully en suite and sparkling clean. There is also in-unit laundry room and our favorite powder room ever (see why we call it the crab bath), and two dedicated work/desk spaces.PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out your back door, turn right, walk approximately 50 yards to the water’s edge.POOL: Use of the South Beach Marina pool– just across the street. Less than 5 minutes walk. OPEN April-September each year.PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this villa.WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach wagon and toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.
