There have been many improvements to the neighborhood in recent years and homes are being renovated on every corner. With the redevelopment of the West End Mall, development of the Lee and White District with it’s many breweries, restaurants and new food hall, as well as close proximity to downtown, this neighborhood has been increasingly popular for home buyers.Oakland City Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It contains wood and brick bungalows as well as Minimal Traditional, English Vernacular Revival, and Craftsman houses.**Please make sure you are comfortable with our “up and coming” neighborhood! Please be respectful and avoid excessive noise and loud music. Noise complaints will result in immediate removal of the home.?The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKINGNo smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.? PETSWe just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.? LONG TERM STAYSAny guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.??No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.? NO PARTIESNo additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.✊BE RESPECTFULPlease respect the home as if it were yours. Guests are expected to keep the property in the same condition as they arrived. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests.
