There are tons of casual dining options and shopping that are all located directed across the street from Coligny Beach. Coligny Plaza offers nightly entertainment in the summer for families and adults.The well-equipped villa is appointed with all of your needs in mind, including cable TVs in the living area and bedrooms and a great selection of board games and books for winding down after a day on the island. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing ample space to relax or entertain family and friends! The chef’s kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Tons of pantry space and all the cookware you could need! There is also a cozy, covered back deck for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon. The BBQ grills on property are located by the bike path next to the pool. The master suite with its private bath is complete with a king-sized mattress in the bedroom and ample storage in the oversize-closet and dresser. The front guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with closet and dresser for storage. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s, as well as the living room. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area to complete our sleep-6 villa. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into the laundry room off of the kitchen!Beach access at Shipyard Beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. One beach parking pass is included during Summer Season, and parking is available on a first come-first park basis. Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, and the Sonesta Resort for the perfect family vacation, golf outing, or weekend get-away!Hilton Head has been voted the #1 island in the country by Conde Nast Travel for 4 years in a row!
