The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with two sinks, a Wolf gas oven and reclaimed cypress hood, honed quartz countertops and backsplash, and custom white cabinetry. You will find everything you need (and more!) in this kitchen fit for a chef.Two of the property’s five bedrooms—both master suites—are in the main house. The first master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. On the main floor of the guest house, there is a third master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the guest house’s main floor is a bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you will find the final bedroom which has two twin over twin bunk beds, a bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a family room with a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have 4K TVs for guests to enjoy.The home’s 28′ x 14′ saltwater pool is situated in between the main house and guest house. The large pool is surrounded by lovely landscaping, lounge seating, and a gas grill. Guests will also enjoy relaxing on the screened porch and the second-story guest house porch.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating.
