#15 17th Street – Modern Tybee Beach Home – SMALL DOG FRIENDLYThis modern Tybee beach house is located within a block of Tybee`s popular South Beach, Downtown Tybee`s shops, restaurants and bars, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. This vacation rental is perfect for a family gathering with two full kitchens and ample space to get together in the 2 living areas of the house, the screened porch, or enjoy the ocean views on the top floor deck.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
