It is 6 1/2 feet wide at the deep end and 20 feet long. The shallow side with entry steps narrows to 3 1/2 feet. There is a connected splash shelf that is 5 ft x 5 ft and 7″ deep, perfect for children or cool lounging with your feet in water. Also for relaxing is a built-in 8 ft sitting bench. The fenced pool area has privacy, shade of palm tree and covered porch, and is decked with luxury lounge chairs and a large sun umbrella.1st level has a rec room/Kids Room with two bunk beds. One is a twin over twin and one is a full over full . There is a comfy sofa in between these two bunks and a ping pong table. From the back of this level is access to outdoor shower cabana great for the kids to use. The first level is also home to one of two laundry rooms.The 2nd level is extremely open with a dream kitchen, quartz countertops, open shelving, and stainless appliances. This kitchen is an entertainers dream! The living room features a large sofa and multiple seating areas for playing cards, conversation or a book. The living room has french doors to a terrace with lots of cozy lounge seating. This level also has a an ensuite queen bedroom. The home has an elevator that goes to all floors.3rd level… here you are transported to a master suite with opulent ensuite bathroom , soaking tub, towels warmers, and separate glass shower. The master also has an attached 2nd laundry room. There are french doors to the front terrace with a double hammock swing chair. Just down the hall is a nook with daybed, trundle single bed, flat screen tv, and LEGO wall with Legos for the kids. There is an additional back sundeck overlooking the lagoon. This deck receives sun ALL DAY! This deck has a gas fire pit and sun loungers.The 4th level has two large king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There are two twin rollaway beds that easily work in these large rooms.Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance.
