A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The pool deck features lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, and a gas grill.2nd Level-Once inside the main level you will immediately notice the entire floor is an open concept.. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and an island which seats four. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need and includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. This floor has a door off the dining area which leads to the covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. The deck is flanked by lots of seating and ceiling fans. There is a half bath and full laundry room on the main floor. Also located on the main floor is the master suite with king bed, large tiled shower, flat screen television, and a pack n play.3rd Level- As you travel up the staircase to the top floor you will find the other three bedrooms. There is one queen bedroom with access to a private porch, one bedroom has two full beds, and the last bedroom has two twin beds. This level also comes with a beautiful bathroom that has a double vanity, tiled shower, and soaking tub!Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance.
