The gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large, SCREENED IN porch with relaxing wooded views. The porch features two seating areas with a love seat with table and pouf chairs as well as a separate seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. It’s a great area for relaxation, dining al fresco, card playing and more. The dining room table can accommodate a large crowd – with two 18″ leaves (that can be stored inside the table) extends to 118″!Second Floor: Getaway to your master bedroom with a luxurious KING bed featuring a high end foam mattress perfect for a great night’s sleep or watching TV on your large flat screen TV. The romantic master bedroom features its own large, SCREENED IN porch with two lounging areas – one with a swing, the other with 2 chairs and a small table for enjoying morning coffee, reading or enjoying a private moment! The luxurious master bath is spa-like with robes, a large shower, frame-less shower door and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance.
