15% Off June – LRG Kitchen, Pool, Spa, Views!Our Vista at the Vines, sleeps 10 guests, in our 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split level home. You and your guests will enjoy the entertainer’s kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials. The open floor plan allows for ample space to saunter through with ease – topping off drinks, munching on some fresh bread and dips while chatting to friends and family.After dinner, take your fun outside and enjoy the incredible view all the while relaxing in the jacuzzi or jump in the pool. If you are looking to unwind, sit around the fire pit in the front yard, while enjoying the sunset over the Temecula’s Wine Country.Bring on the competition downstairs in the game room complete with a pool table, darts and a custom bar. Downstairs you will also find the master suite with a retreat area that you can sip your coffee in, read a book, or just be mesmerized by the view.Make your way to the top level to the 3 additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Hotel-style linens are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.THINGS TO KNOW:-Please note that the pool is not heated-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $50 per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay.–Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances.
