If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $ 100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.NO PARTIES OR EVENTSA party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the deck only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine for the cost to eliminate residual odors.NO PETSNEIGHBOR COMPLAINTSActions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am.
