This is a celebrity neighborhood so you’ll never know who you’ll see walking their dog.Another great workout is a 30 min hike to the iconic Hollywood Sign and Lake Hollywood Park. This studio is below the house and there are shared walls – you may hear them through your ceiling but they are very mindful. We have a sound machine in the unit, but if you’re an extremely light sleeper this may not be best suited for you. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTSActions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 7 am.Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property’s quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
