If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.NO SMOKING $100 fine Smoking IndoorsUpon Check-Out you agree to pay for any damages or extra Cleaning Fees if home is trashed due to illegal parties, trash not picked up in the bedrooms or outdoor spaces.PET FEES:Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated.
