If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.PET FEES:Well behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated.
