Summary:Welcome in to our home! Here you’ll be less than 15 minute from downtown Columbia, University of South Carolina, and William-Brice Stadium (Go Cocks!). My 7 bedroom and 3.5 bath home is the perfect place for you and several of your guests to gather for graduations, game night camaraderie, or a weekend in Columbia. You’ll have everything you need at your fingertips.The Space:The front of the house has 4 bedroom 1.5 bath with two separate living areas. As you enter, you walk into the living room with couch and workspace desk. It’s a lovely area to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while the natural light filters through the windows. Just off to the side of the room is the shared whole bathroom with shower and tub as well as bedroom 1 with queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, bedroom 3 a full-size bed, and last bedroom 4 with 2 twins. Full kitchen with plenty of space to prep meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is another seating area with a 70″ Roku TV ready to stream any of your subscribed services. There’s a queen sleeper sofa in this living area as well as two additional chairs.The back of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and another full kitchen. This living room also has a Roku TV ready for you to stream all your subscribed to services. The master bedroom is in the back of the house, it has king bed, SmartTV, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two full-size beds, and bedroom 3 has twin bunkbeds. There is an additional full bathroom that is shared with these two bedrooms.Out back is a screened in back porch, dining table, and BBQ with access to the yard area and additional picnic table.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Welcome to the vibrant neighborhood of West Columbia! Located less than 15 minutes away, you’ll find yourself in the heart of downtown Columbia, where you can explore its lively atmosphere, visit the University of South Carolina, and catch a thrilling game at William-Brice Stadium. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a peaceful retreat in West Columbia while still being within reach of all the excitement and amenities the area has to offer.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
