We invite you to stay in our one bedroom apartment with an open, and spacious living space. This is a very clean, smoke and pet free house, with no cannabis allowed anywhere on the property. The entrance is private from the front porch of our house. This apartment suite, located just West of City Park, North of Chessman Park and the Botanic Gardens and approximately one mile East of Downtown, offers accommodations for up to two guests, including 1 queen bed, full bath and kitchen, living room and dining room.This 800 square foot apartment has recently been remodeled and offers a comfortable living room. Enjoy our tree lined street and people watch on the front porch in our wicker chairs or loveseat.This apartment is in the Perfect Denver Location. Central to everything, you can walk one mile in any direction and reach Major Denver attractions. Our house is in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. It is just two doors down from Restaurant Row, which is one of Denver’s fastest growing, hippest destinations. Within one block of the house, there are seven restaurants, a bakery, a pub, a coffee shop, and fast food restaurant, and a 7-11. Walk just one more block and double your choices for food, coffee, shopping, and entertainment. Looking for local entertainment, the Denver nightlife is centered about 8 blocks from the house. Headed downtown? It is an easy 1.2 mile walk. There are also buses available that run every 15 minutes. B-cycle rentals are across the street from our house. Close enough .to walk, but far enough that our neighborhood remains quiet.
