See house rules below for more information**The Space:Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on second floor with a king size bed, a desk, and a private balcony.Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the second floor with queen size bedBedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bedBedroom 4: Fourth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap along with a half bathroom on the first floow.The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with streaming services and high-speed wifi.The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.There is a patio in the backyard which features plenty of seating.Guest Access:Access is by private door with door code.Guests will have the entire house to themselves.The Neighborhood:The property is a short drive to Ocean View Beaches, Downtown Norfolk, Norfolk Airport and Virginia BeachGetting Around:Guests are given four parking spots in the driveway, which could become less depending on the size of your vehicle.There is no street parking available within blocks of the property.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.Check-out Instructions- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them.- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind youInteraction with Guests:Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
