With 7 bedrooms and 7 full baths spanning over 3350+ sq feet, this island retreat is excellent for family vacations and reunions. The open kitchen, living room, and dining area look to walls of windows and doors, reminding you that the beachside is just a few sandy steps away. Each bedroom and bathroom have a coastal, comfortable style. Enjoy the saltwater breezes from the southern-style verandas, balconies, and huge back deck with spa, pool, and outdoor dining. This house is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza and is perfect for a bike ride or a stroll. This incredible beachside cottage is the ideal vacation oasis.PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH• OceanfrontHIGHLIGHTS• Private *Heated pool(32 ft x 10 ft) with 6 ft. Spa — *The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $300 + tax per week from March through November.
