Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you’ll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.This villa is located across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you’re a tennis player, it is perfect for you.The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties.
