Also downstairs, is a small room with twin over twin bunks and mounted TV that is right next door to the half bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The third bedroom features a king bed, TV, and bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom features a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth and final bedroom features a king bed, 2 twin beds, TV, and bathroom with walk-in shower.The outdoor space is sure to please with the saltwater pool, large deck, screened porch with table and chairs, TV, and ceiling fan, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach! There is also a wooden platform in the backyard by the pond perfect for taking in the view or fishing.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.The dimensions of the pool are about 8.5′ W x 15.5′ L.PLEASE NOTE: The new owners have made significant upgrades to the home.
