This will be a memorable stay with a Large grounds, relaxing Adirondack chairs hillside facing and breath taking view and sunset over the Presidential Mountains with spectacular views of Mt Washington.This is a great spot for large family gatherings, boutique weddings, corporate retreats, and functions. BYOB and you prepare your own meals or bring in a private chef or caterer.We are able to host events up to 110 people Indoors, dining seating for 70, pub space for 44, sleeping for 40 pp. We DO NOT have plans to add a tent (which requires special permits) but can host events outside without cover or Indoors.Certain rates, weekends, holidays and depending on your group will require either Minimum stays or additional guest, event Fees.ALL EVENTS, GATHERINGS, REQUIRE APPROVAL. NO LOUD NOISE, FIRE WORKS, OUTSIDE GATHERINGS PAST 10PM. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITH OUT PRIOR APPROVAL.PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.MAX VEHICLES, 17 WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.You will be required to have a good neighbor policy and follow certain check out procedures.You will access the ENTIRE Inn, Commercial Pub & Kitchen, all 17 Guest rooms, 5 acres, Pool, hot tub, and all the common spaces. NO OTHER GUESTS WILL BE IN THE INN and we are not open to the public. We no longer have a liquor or food license, so you can BYOB and prepare your own meals.- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND HOUSE RULES FOR FIRE PIT- Sound ordinance is 10pm. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation, any disturbance/complaints from neighbors will results in loss of deposits, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.- Pets NEED PRIOR APPROVAL- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment- Before Check out, you must strip sheets and start laundry with all dirty linens, start the dishwasher and bring trash to the dumpster down the road.-Lost Keys and lock out calls $50-False Fire alarms fined $100-Tampering with life safety/surveillance equipment will result in loss of security deposit and fines
