The newly renovated and upgraded Sunset Cottage is a charming single story vacation home located in a quiet and exclusive residential hillside neighborhood in the Village of La Jolla (Country Club Golf Course). From the deck, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom visitors can enjoy a breathtaking 180 degre ocean view that creates unforgettable moments and pure relaxation. Within walking distance is the La Jolla Cove, a protected Natural Reserve, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. An additional half mile more guests can enjoy the La Jolla Shores offering additional activities, such as kayaking, surfing, paddle board and more.The master bedroom has a private bath and is equipped with a Cal-king size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an electric fireplace. There is also a single rollaway bed and Queen size air mattress available. Upon request we can provide a crib and high chair. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, washer/dryer and air conditioning. When sitting at the dining table, visitors can enjoy the ocean view and breathtaking sunsets.Our ‘Sunset Cottage’ has been completely remodeled. The comfortable living room offers a 50″ plasma TV with cable TV. Both bathrooms are recently remodeled. Washer and dryer and WiFi are available.
