This newly renovated antique farmhouse is nestled in the lakes and mountains and captures all the charm while offering everything we want for our modern lifestyle. Snowmobiling trail, hiking, skiing, lakes are near by and 10 mins to downtown Meredith set on 3+ acres with an in-ground pool. A welcoming enclosed porch along the front of the house and a cozy fire pit on the side. Brand new kitchen is a chef’s dream with all new Thermador appliances, a coffee/tea nook, bar area & wine fridge.This 4 bedroom, 3 bath farm house was recently renovated & very well designed with lots of care & quality furniture from Pottery Barn, West Elm & a few vintage pieces. To create a luxury feel retreat, we provide you with high quality white bedding linens & plush bath towels as well as a fully stocked chef kitchen. Our personal care products such as hair care, bath & body products are from Public Goods all natural & Eco friendly. There are total of 3 Samsung Framed TVs with Roku for your entertainment. On the first floor, there’s a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom & a master suite with a king bed, a reading nook, a desk & a full bath with shower & soaking tub. There is also laundry room with washer & dryer. There’s a game room off the kitchen with arcade game, a multi game table & variety of board games. There is a record player with more than 80 of old records that originally came with the house. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms & a full bath: 2 bedrooms with queen bed & 1 bedroom with 2 twins bed. All flooring is original white pine plank and will creak as you walk.Additionally, you can enjoy a cozy night by the fire pit on the side yard by the pool.The house is centrally located, only 10 minutes from highway I93 & very convenient to get to restaurants, hiking trail, national parks, lakes & Gunstock Skiing Resort is only 20 mins away.
