The private balcony is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, with ample seating and an outdoor table that accommodates up to 6 people. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably, as well as a washer and dryer.The Master Suite boasts a King-sized bed, a 32″ flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in glass shower. Guests also have private access to the oceanfront sitting balcony from their bedroom. The beachfront Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, a 39″ flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The unit balcony is shared by the living space and the guest bedroom occupants.Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool with spacious decking, a poolside grilling area, and manicured grounds.
