It’s been well-cared for and offers plenty of cozy charm but does have characteristics of a historic home such as bumpy flooring, uneven stairs, and the occasional draft if it’s cold and windy outside. In the winter the house is heated by the gas fireplace and electric space heaters so this may not be the best fit for guests who have balance issues or unsupervised children. In addition, we are located in the woods, the property is treated but there is a good chance you might see a bug or two in the warmer seasons!
