This ten acre country get away features rolling valley views and mountain vistas. During your stay in our home, you will witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in the heart of the Shenandoah. Built in 1746 this historic log home has all of the modern convenience a family could need combined with historic charm. Built before the American Revolution this property was the scene of a native uprising and is said to have been a stop on the Underground Railroad during the American Civil War. It is a working farm surrounded by corn and soybeans.Conveniently located 4 miles west of Mt Jackson’s I-81 exit 273. Our home is central to historic sites, caverns, a distillery, vineyards, breweries, golf and Bryce Resort as well as many hiking and outdoor adventures.See more
