#19: Acadia Lodge Sleeps 4! (Open Hearth Inn)

Lodge 19 is a generous room on the 2ND-FLOOR of the Lodge Building with two queen beds, a full bath, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, A/C, cable, television, sofa (not a sleeper sofa), iron/ironing board, and free Wi-Fi. This room is perfect for groups of up to 4 guests. As with all guests who join our Ohana, there is full access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, the outdoor kitchen and grill, full access to the common use hot tub, and the bonfire pit on the back lawn.Pet Policy:Here at Open Hearth Inn we welcome your four-legged family member. However, we ask you to help us with the following pet rules while staying with us.1. Please don’t leave your pet in the rooms unattended.Why? Because they miss you and from our experience of being professional hosts since the 90’s, when they are lonely they howl or bark causing others to lose the quiet enjoyment on the property. Lonely pets also use the bed or other furniture to snuggle on while you are away. This is super tough for our housekeepers to remedy because blankets or comforters need to be washed or replaced, also furnishings can take hours to remove hair from so we can present a clean space for the next guest.Maine is a very pet friendly place and since you brought them on vacation we hope you keep them with you so they can enjoy “Vacation Land” as much as humans do.2. Please pick up all the poop/excrement they may have.3. Please have your pup on a leash when enjoying the common areas.4. Please try to refrain your dog from barking.We have dog treats, extra poo bags and a water bowl in the common room.*There will be an additional cleaning fee charged if your pet makes a mess of the room or the bedding.
