Located within walking distance to downtown Asheville, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, Grove Arcade, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s located on a quiet street with off street parking. Stroll around beautiful historic Montford or access the Greenway for a walk or run. Landscaped front and back yards with a private enclosed courtyard where you can eat and lounge. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and one full bath with a walk in shower. Also a sun room with a futon bed and a writing desk and chair which can be used for writing, relaxing or exercising. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Kitchen has updated appliances with a sunny breakfast nook. Living room has a gas stove for warmth and ambiance.Along with WiFi, there is are Smart TV’s that let you access Netflix and Sling TV for free as well as some local channels and a dvd player. Amazon Prime is available with membership.The water is filtered with a whole house water filter.This unique home is the perfect place for vacation getaway.Pickleball courts are near by.
